Old Fisherman’s Grotto is a relatively small restaurant. We have found that having strollers and/or high chairs at the tables and in the aisles makes it difficult to have full access to and around tables. For the safety of our staff and guests, we adopted a stroller policy in 2009.
Later, we adopted our children’s policy to enhance the overall dining experience for guests who frequently dine at the restaurant by giving them a quiet place to eat on Fisherman’s Wharf.
At Old Fisherman’s Grotto, we strive to give all of our guests the best dining experience possible. Our policy regarding children was put in place to enhance the experience of all our diners, both with and without children.
We welcome families with children and serve many daily; we only ask that they abide by our rules.
